An American actress, born on October 17, 1980, in Los Angeles, California, United States. Angel graduated in 1999 from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, which she joined immediately after graduating from high school. She immersed herself in performance, studied at the British American Drama Academy, and has worked with the Independent Shakespeare Co. She is known for Lab Rats (2012-2016), Runaways (2017-2019), and The Rookie (2019-2022).
