An American actress, writer, and model, born in Texas. Sheila attended Moss Point High School. She studied acting and creative writing in college in Texas City, Texas. She started her career as a model and ventured into the entertainment industry. She started her acting career in 2001 and is known for Costa Rican Summer (2010), Disciples (2014), and Water Wings (2009).
