A Romanian politician, economist, and former Minister of Health, born in Branesti, Romania. He began his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and obtained a master's degree in Social and Economic Sciences in 2011, receiving the highest score for his thesis entitled "Labor Market Dynamics in Romania’s Transition to a Market Economy". He appeared in Collective (2019) and The Network (2015).
