Romanian politician, economist, and former Minister of Health. He was born in Branesti, Romania. He began his studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and obtained a Master's degree in Social and Economic Sciences in 2011, receiving a higher degree for his thesis entitled “Labor Market Dynamics in Romania’s Transition to a Market Economy”.
