American actress, born in Mattoon, Illinois, on January 12, 1919. She studied acting at Ben Bard's Dramatic School. She began her film career in 1937 till 1944. She's known for Girls' School (1938), Blondie Meets the Boss (1939), Scattergood Rides High (1942), and The Big Shot (1937). She died in 2005, at age 86.
