An American actress, born in Winchester, Virginia, USA, where her parents ran a ballet school called Vostrikov. She learned dance, then studied at Carlisle High School and the New York Studio School of the Arts, and received a Bachelor of Dance from St. Mary's College in California. She continued dancing, completed her training at the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet, and has since danced professionally. She sang in the opening ceremony of the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Her works include the series Elementary, The Knick, and Z: The Beginning of Everything.
