She is an American actress, born in Topeka, Kansas, USA. In 1996, she got a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts from Emporia State University and a M.F.A. with honors from California State University. She is known for Eli Stone (2008), Parental Indiscretion (2015), and My Name Is Khan (2010).
