An Indian stage and film actress, born in Khamgaon, Maharashtra, India. Her father was a local magistrate, while her mother was a homemaker. Due to her father's job, the family moved several times and lived in different parts of Maharashtra. She completed her education in different locations and was interested in reading books, participating in debates, and competitions at the school level. She participated in a play while studying at Government College in Aurangabad. Besides being an actress, she is also a writer and has written several short stories and essays. Her films include Moksha: Salvation (2001), Detective Naani (2009), Basta (2021), and Gharat Ganpati (2024).
