A British actress born Jacqueline A. Crump in Birmingham, UK. She trained at the Birmingham Theatre School and began her acting career in Welsh theatres. She starred in several West End productions and was part of several British and international tours. Her early roles include The Man Who Haunted Himself (1970) and Doctor in Trouble (1970). She appeared in four "Carry On" films, including Carry On Loving (1970) and Carry On Up in the Jungle (1970). She married Douglas Barrell in 1970 and had 2 children.
