British actress born Audrey Gwendolene Clark in London, England, UK on 16 July 1927. She studied commerce at Clarks University but dropped out to join RADA. She then joined the Rank Charm School. She appeared in over 30 B-list films in the 1940s and 1950s. Her most notable works include My Brother's Keeper (1948), Here Come the Huggetts (1948), Passport to Pimlico (1949), and Deadly Record (1959). She married director and producer Euan Lloyd in 1951 and they had one daughter, and after they divorced she married actor Peter Dyneley with whom she stayed until he died. She died of a heart attack on 28 February 1979 in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
