American actress, born in Birmingham, Alabama, on September 1, 1928. Roberts was married to Ralph Cochran (1955-1989) and they had four children, with whom she remained until his death. Her acting debut was in the film The Red House (1947), after which she appeared in a number of films and TV series until she retired in 1957. Her most important works are: Adventures of Superman (1952-1954), Bomba on Panther Island (1949), and The Sign of the Ram (1948. She died in 2019 at the age of 90 years.
