An American actress, born in the US state of Oregon. She lived in various camps during her early childhood until her paternal grandmother adopted her at the age of twelve. She graduated from Oregon State University and the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is famous for her roles in many artistic works, including the series L.A. Law (1986), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997, and the movie Dead Air (2009).
