An American actor, born in New York City, New York, USA, on December 15, 1911. He is best known for his roles in D.O.A. (1949), Captain Kidd and the Slave Girl (1954), and Playhouse 90 (1957-1958). Michael Ross played many supporting roles as a guard, sheriff, policeman, detective, reporter, pirate, waiter, salesman, and writer. Ross made his movie debut in Street Corner (1948) and ended his career with Cracking Up (1983). After his retirement, he traded in Pontiac automobiles in North Hollywood, California. Michael Ross died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on September 10, 1993, at the age of 81.
