An American actress, writer, and director of Indian, East English, and Indonesian descent, born in San Diego, California. She moved to Los Angeles and worked as a dancer after graduating from San Diego State University with a triple major in arts, journalism, and English. She is known for her roles in several films and television series, including: For Colored Girls, Criminal Minds, and Days of Our Lives.
