She was a Polish actress, born in Warsaw, Poland. She attended the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art. She is known for Running on Empty (1988) and Malzenstwo z rozsadku (1967). She was married to Jerzy Skolimowski before marrying David Halberstam. She died on June 17, 2010 in Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA.
