She is a British-Canadian actress and producer, born in Vancouver, Canada. She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art after going to the Vancouver Youth Theatre Society. She co-founded StoryLab Productions and produced the acclaimed motion picture Becoming Redwood (2012). She is known for her roles in Cold Squad (2000-2005), Madison (1997), and Hideaway (1995). At the age of 22, she earned a Gemini for Best Performance by an Actress in a Continuing Leading Dramatic Role for her role in Madison (1997).
