An American actor born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on February 26, 1905. His most notable work includes Trackdown (1958) and Perry Mason (1957-1964). Burt Stevens' first film was Mr. Deeds Goes to Town (1936), and his last was A Rage to Live (1965). He started his television career in the early fifties when he participated in the series I Love Lucy (1952). He died in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, on December 14, 1964.
