An American film actor, born in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. William's most notable film works include Gabriel Over the White House (1933), The Grapes of Wrath (1940), Robbers' Roost (1932), and Bad Girl (1931). William provided supporting and extra roles, such as a policeman, a gang member, a prison guard, and a foreman. He died in New York City, New York, USA, on June 15, 1952, at the age of 46.
