A British actress, who holds American citizenship. She was born in Brighton, England, and raised in New Mexico, USA. Seeley attended the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she studied theater and dance. She also joined the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, in London, England. Her works include The Good Night (2007) and How to Cheat (2011).
