An American actress, born on September 9, 1947, in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. She has worked extensively on stage. Kathryn Howell earned a BFA in Theater from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received a full scholarship for advanced study at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. Moreover, she earned her AEA card at the Vivian Beaumont Theater in New York. Kathryn played the role of a grieving mother in such works as Criminal Minds (2010) and The Zodiac (2005). She is also known for James and the Giant Peach (1996) and The Assassination of Richard Nixon (2004).
