She is an American-Canadian actress. In 1994, she received a BA in Theater Design from The Evergreen State College. She began her acting career in New York City, where she was one of the youngest girls to be accepted into the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York. She went back to Canada to perform in a tour of Phantom of the Opera concerts in Western Canada. Her notable works include Stargate SG-1 (1998), Dead Man's Gun (1997-1999), G-Spot (2005-2009), and First Wave (1998).
