An American actress, born on December 27, 1968, in Kansas, USA. Shelly was raised in a nearby area in Kansas surrounded by extended family. Throughout her childhood, Jennings played softball and took dance lessons. It eventually led her to practice ballet as an adolescent, and at the age of twelve, she danced with the Topeka Ballet on the show The Nutcracker. When she entered her teenage years, Shelly's passion for ballet grew and she aspired to dance in a professional dance troupe and/or work on Broadway. Desiring to earn a college degree first, she attended Kansas State University following her graduation from Junction City High School. Later on, she graduated with a degree in education, which she would use to work as a teacher and assistant director at a local preschool. As an actress, she is known for Watch Out (2008), Deep River (2009), and Last Breath (2010).
