Mary Ellen Kay was born in Boardman, Ohio, USA, on August 29, 1929. Among her most important works are Streets of Ghost Town (1950), Girls' School (1950), Vice Squad (1953), and The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show (1954-1957). Mary Ellen Kay began her career as a singer at the age of six. Her first movie was Girls' School (1950), then she continued her cinematic and television work and co-starred in 19 Western films with the star Rex Allen, and her last work was the television series The Fisher Family 1966. She retired to take care of her family.
