An Indian actress, who is known for Hindi and Marathi films, born in Pune, India, and raised in Mumbai. She went to Kanossa Convent School and then Elphinstone College in Mumbai. She began her acting journey in the 1970s on the professional Marathi stage while also participating in fashion shows. Her films include Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke (2000), Rahul (2001), Dum (2003), Bhoothnath (2008), and Hasee Toh Phasee (2014).
