An Irish actress who was born in Dublin, Ireland, and raised in New York. Her father is cinematographer Declan Quinn, and she is the niece of Aidan Quinn, Paul Quinn, and Marian Quinn. She studied at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a BFA in Musical Theater with a minor in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. She trained in acting in New York and worked behind the scenes on documentaries, feature films, and plays before she decided to become an actor full-time. She is known for her roles in Admission (2013), The Reluctant Fundamentalist (2012), and Being Flynn (2012).
