An American actress, born in Los Angeles, California, United States. Toni attended the American Film Institute, from which she received an MFA in Screenwriting. She earned her BFA in Theatre Arts from Stephens College and studied the Meisner technique at the William Esper Studio. She is best known for Hurts Like Love (2011), 42 Seconds of Happiness (2016), and Hard Luck Love Song (2020).
