An American actor and writer, born on December 13, 1957, in Red Bank, New Jersey, USA, as William Van Zandt. He has been nominated for an Emmy Award for I Love Lucy: The Very First Show. He is of Italian and Dutch descent. Billy is the half-brother of actor-musician Steven Van Zandt. He married actress Adrienne Barbeau on December 31, 1992, and after their divorce, he married Teresa Ganzel. His credits include Martin (1992-1993) and The Hughleys (1998-2002).
