An American actor, he was born in New York City, on November 2, 1912. He is an American television, film and theater actor. His career spanned for four decades, beginning with his theatrical appearances on Broadway from 1939 to 1947. He participated in more than 140 television works, and he ended his artistic career by appearing in the series Barnaby Jones in 1980. His most important works are: Playhouse 90 (1957-1958), You Are There (1955-1956), AL Capone (1959) and Topaz (1969). He died in late 1979 at the age of 67 years.
