An American attorney and political figure born in Houston, Texas, US. He was White House Chief of Staff and US Secretary of the Treasury under president Ronald Reagan, and was White House Chief of Staff and US Secretary of State under president George H.W. Bush. He graduated from Princeton University then obtained a law degree from the University of Texas. He appeared as himself on the documentary Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004).
