An American actress and model, born in Remington, Indiana. Deborah won Miss Indiana in 1970, and a year later was in the Miss America pageant. She also was named Miss Congeniality and Grand Talent Winner. She directed the documentary You Have Struck a Rock! (1981), which chronicles the history of the non-violent resistance of black women in South Africa during apartheid and commemorates the South African women's contributions to the anti-apartheid movement. She is also known for The Kid (2000), Nurse Betty (2000), and The Walking Dead (2016-2017).
