He was a French actor, born in Paris, France, as Roger Troly. His debut was in the short film The Black Hand (1909). He is known for How to Steal a Million (1966), The Giant of Marathon (1959), and Sherlock Holmes (1955). He died on September 27, 2005, at the age of 102.
