An Italian actor, born on April 2, 1934, in Novara, Italy. His works include The Damned (1969), Emmanuelle 3 (1977), and Solomon (1997). Orsini worked as a notary before becoming an actor. He graduated from the Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico, and from 1980 to 1997, he served as artistic co-director of the Teatro Eliseo with Gabriele Lavia. He was nominated in 2008 for a David di Donatello Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Il mattino ha l'oro in bocca.
