An American singer, writer, and actress, born on February 15, 1951, in New York City, USA, to the operatic musician David Manchester, and the owner of a clothing brand Ruth Manchester. She studied music at Manhattan University. She is known for The Great Mouse Detective (1986), Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003), and Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999).
