An American actor and dancer who was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. He married three times and had two children. His most important works include Dragnet (1956-1957) and The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet (1958-1965). He mainly appeared in small roles in films, beginning during the silent cinema, then went on to work after the introduction of sound, and he appeared in television programs. Born in Salt Lake City to a family of farmers, the family moved to Hollywood in 1927, and they lived in a house next to Paramount Studios. He started working in film as a teenager, and after he graduated from Fairfax High School, he continued his cinematic work in small roles until he began participating in television as a guest in several series. He died in Hoodsport, Washington, USA on December 15, 2016.
