An American actor, born in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. His most important works include Batman (1966), Mission: Impossible (1960), and Same Time Next Year (1978). He appeared in more than 500 works and owned a salon in Hollywood called Cosmo's Hairstyling Salon. He played the role of a barber in many films, as well as the role of a manager of a club, casino, or restaurant, a spectator, a party guest, a waiter, a barman, and a prisoner. His first work was Mendelssohn's Wedding March (1939), and his last work was Hill Street Blues (1984). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA on July 14, 1989.
