He appeared in more than 200 radio, television, and film productions over 50 years. He was famous for his ability to imitate many dialects, and he worked in vaudeville, then he joined the radio. His first work was Daisies Won't Yell (1928), and his last work was Glitter (1985). He died of a heart attack in Los Angeles, California, USA on July 15, 1986.
