An American actress, born on June 12, 1979, in Kearney, Nebraska, USA. She began her acting career in 2001 in Austin and Dallas. One year later, she moved to New York and studied at the Michael Howard Acting Conservatory. She took an interest in improv and co-created the improv troupe Stilted on Stage. Stilted performed on the stage of Caroline's on Broadway. Mindy served as the Platinum Plus Concierge at the Seattle Film Festival (SIFF) in 2008, after which she returned to Austin to continue her acting career, serving for two years on the Austin Actors Conservatory Board.
