A British actor and director, born in Limerick, Ireland. But he grew up in Kilburn, North London. Todd started his career when he was four years old in TV commercials. His works include Tucker's Luck (1983-1985), Krull (1983), The Bill (2003-2005), and EastEnders (1990-2011).
