British actor and director, born in Limerick, Ireland on August 31, 1963. But he grew up in Kilburn, North London. Todd started his career when he was four years old filming for TV commercials. His most famous works are Tucker's Luck (1983-1985), Krull (1983), The Bill (1903-2005), and EastEnders (1990-2011).
