She is a German actress, writer, and producer. She was born on July 4, 1963, in Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Lemper studied at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna and completed her dance studies in Cologne. She is known for Magic in the Moonlight (2014), Prêt-à-Porter (1994), and L'Autrichienne (1990).
