Irish actor born in Dublin, Ireland on September 15, 1892. He got married to May Fitzgerald in 1924 and they had two children. He made his debut in The Silver Greyhound (1932), and throughout his career played various supporting roles. Among his important works are: Mystery and Imagination (1968), The Limping Man (1936), and Dentist in the Chair (1960). He died in Milan, Italy on March 7, 1980.
