She is a Canadian actress and director. She studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Her screen debut was in War of the Worlds (1989-1990). She is known for The Sinner (2021), The Lizzie Borden Chronicles (2015), and The Child Remains (2017). She has won numerous theater and screen awards and nominations, such as the ACTRA Maritimes Award and the HRM Mayor’s Award for Achievement in Theatre.
