An American actor born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, US. He began his career in 1930 on the radio, where he did voice roles in dramas and comedies. His onscreen debut was on Foreign Correspondent (1940). His other notable works include General Electric Theater (1959) and The Werewolf (1956). His final appearance was on Shannon (1962). He died on 23 July 1962 in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, US.
