American actor born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US on 18 September 1929. He studied drama at HB Studio in New York City. He made his TV debut in 1954 and his film debut in 1957, and made his final appearance in 1980. His notable works include The Absent Minded Professor (1961), Tickle Me (1965), Little Big Man (1970), and The Honeymoon Machine (1961). He died of a stroke on 27 June 1982 in Woodland Hills, California, US.
