American singer and actress born in San Gabriel, California, US on 8 February 1944. She recorded with the band The Exciters, which was managed by Red Gilson, her agent, partner, and future husband. They released two albums and retired in 1968. She's known for appearing in "Beach Party" movies made by American International Pictures, including Muscle Beach Party (1964), Bikini Beach (1964), and Pajama Party (1964). She died of brain cancer on 20 October 2012 in Corona, California, US.
