American-Canadian actress and singer born in Canada on October 15, 1931. Her first television appearance was in The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show (1958), after which she appeared in numerous TV series. She is best known for Bikini Beach (1964), Matt Houston (1983), and Melrose Place (1995-1998).
