American surfer, stuntwoman, and actress born in Encinitas, California, US on 24 May 1944. She began surfing aged 11 and was a professional, competitive surfer. She made her onscreen debut in 1959. Her notable works include Bikini Beach (1964), Beach Blanket Bingo (1965), and Muscle Beach Party (1964). She also worked as an air hostess for United Airlines from 1966 to 2003. She died on 19 April 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada, US
