A Kenyan-born British actress and choreographer, born in Kenya, as Eleanor Henta Fazan. She married musician and composer Stanley Myers in 1955, and they have one child, and their marriage ended in divorce. Her credits include The Lover (1992), Lassiter (1984), Willow (1988), and Hot Fuzz (2007). Eleanor trained as a dancer with the Sadler's Wells Ballet, then joined the Arts Education School. She directed some musicals in the Royal Opera House. In 1993, she was awarded the Industry Award by British Film Institute. and received the OBE Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2013.
