An American actress, born in North Carolina, USA. She sang in bars in Paris before returning to the States and pursuing an acting career. Some of her works include The Beguiled (1971) and Homer and Eddie (1989). She died of complications from a stroke on October 29, 2008, in Northridge, California, USA.
