British actor, born in 1916. He was married to Doreen McCarthy. His notable works include Ghost Squad (1961), Dead on Course (1952), and A Novel Affair (1957). He began appearing in films in the mid-1940s with uncredited supporting roles. He died in 1992, at the age of 76.
