An American actor, born in Wichita, Kansas, USA as Earnest Earl Alexander. He was a prolific actor from the late silent era and caught up with the sound era. He performed supporting roles such as a reporter, drunkard, sailor and taxi driver. Among his notable credits are Here Comes Trouble (1936), Rushin' Ballet (1937), Find the Witness (1937) and Campus Crushes (1930). He died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on December 12, 1961, at the age of 71.
