A Mexican actress, born in Mexico D.F., Mexico, on March 14, 1892, as Luisa Serrano Fernández.. She married twice and did not have children. Among her most important works are Mexico de mis recuerdos (1944), Canaima (1945), La mujer que enganamos (1945), and Serenade (1956). Her career spanned three decades in Mexican cinema. She died on October 10, 1974, in Abasolo, Guanajuato, Mexico, of asphyxiation by immersion at the age of 82.
